About the Author:
Prof. Simon Dolan, chair of Future of Work at ESADE Business School, has published 50 books in various languages and over 120 articles in scholarly journals. He is the editor in chief of Cross Cultural Management : An international Journal. He has been a full professor at McGill University and the University of Montreal in Canada, prior to joining the ESADE Business School in 2002.
